NEC PC Engine

This is what started it all. On October 30, 1987 the first 16-Bit home entertainment system was released in Japan. The PC Engine was created by NEC of Japan, and who would have known that it would become one of the most popular systems in Japan for years down the road. Sporting around 700 software titles, the PC Engine has one of the biggest game library's to date. The PC Engine was embraced by millions of Japanese gamers, and because of this, the system will forever be remembered as the starting of a legacy.
