The Arcade Card PRO was released late into the life-span of the PC Engine Duo
line in Japan to give it a "boost" of power - this "boost" came in the form of the Arcade SuperCD. Arcade Card games featured more detailed graphics and effects, better sounds, and bigger and better cinemas. This "PRO" version was used to upgrade the older CD-ROM2 line of systems.
