I'm looking to make a few custom cases for games but need white cd-rom cases like PCE games have.
Anyone know of a ready and affordable source? :D
White standard CD jewel cases:

I think I really over thought it - I searched for a long time for "replacement PC Engine CD case" and stuff like that.
I didn't search "white cd case" (!)
Thanks Deletion :)
they were mostly used in japan only. when ever I see an empty white case lying somewhere around, IT'S MINE :D
You know... I don't think they were ALL white. I can't remember how I came to that conclusion, but I noticed that Altered Beast, looking through eBay listings, you can tell by the hinge whether it's a hucard or CD. You can't always tell from the description, because they add search terms that make no sense to widen searches.
but then just when I thought all PCE CD games were white, I noticed that some (consistently) are black. Off the top of my head, forgotton worlds. Is there a pattern, like SCD games are a different colour?
My forgotten world was new when i bought it back then, and here it comes..its case was..was....white.

Yeah, it is actually. Maybe I'm wrong?
I've never bought any PCE CD titles that didn't have white cases (unless you count yellow ones).
I'd say that black cased PCE games have been re-cased due to a damaged or heavily yellowed original case.
I got a used Daisenpu Custom in a black tray, but it looks like the stock tray was white:

white is beauty.
I just bought Street Fighter II CE on ebay with the Back Insert and Manual..Where can I get the Jewel Case?
Lol, thats a tough one. Best choice probably is to get another SFII including the jewelcase :)
Can a standerd Double CD Case would do??
It's a HuCard game so a CD case won't be any good. The HuCard cases have a rectangular recessed area for the card to sit in, a standard CD case does not.
SFII is dirt cheap anyhow, would have been better for you to buy the game complete. :)
I know about rectangular shape
I'm asking about the Inserts, I'm guessind it will
There are only two games out there in the whole universe that used that
jewel case. Those are..
