UPDATE
I received my game yesterday and am very happy with the process and seller I dealt with. The game was in superb condition and the seller did a great job by contacting me with a photo of the USPS receipt w/tracking number.
I would recommend this site, but with the condition that each seller varies and to make sure you are comfortable (based on feedback) with the person whom you do business.
I will be using this site again and hopefully it can gain some traction as a nice alternative for lovers of retro games.
Looking to see if anyone has experience with this site. Found a couple of decent deals but the site itself is unknown to me and thus makes me a bit suspicious.

That site's legit. Feels jank, but nothing to worry about. I totes scored a cic Tron Bonne off there a while back for cheap-ish. Yeh.

As long as you use paypal, you're covered, so yeah, probably nothing to worry about. Probably.

I too have bought stuff from gamegavel before, although this was a few years back. This site used to be called Chasethechuckwagon. But I think if you pay via PayPal you should be fine.

I used it a couple times over a year ago. No issues. Shipping to Canada was also trouble free.

Just curious, did you win an auction by earl0874? I won two auctions that he ended early last night. They were supposed to end on Friday. I too got some amazing deals. I requested an invoice from him, but he hasn't gotten back to me.
Sure was. It said I won, and I received an invoice. I'll give him about another 24hrs, then asking for a refund via PayPal.
I was looking at the seller, and he has zero feedback and has only been a member since October 18th of this year.
I have emailed game gavel to see if they need to step in, or if I should just go straight to PayPal. I'm not holding this against game gavel, and will continue to look there for items.
Best of luck guys, hopefully the seller is legit bad just forgot to check his spam folder.
To update on my experience, the seller of the item I won was kind enough to send me a pick of my item and the tracking number. Assuming the description is accurate I will be very satisfied once the game arrives.

Hmm never knew this site existed! Seems alot more down to earth than ebay. I signed up for this today and will try it out buying & selling (non-obey of course)!
