Wow. This article is chockablock with errors. What's with that?

Sapphire was not the last PCE game made before Dead of the Brain. The Arcade Card isn't 4MB, and the way Bomberman is mentioned is just confusing. It sounds like its saying that Bomberman SS was originally released for FX, which is wasn't (only in prototype form) and even if it was, I haven't heard anything about the Wii playing FX, or Saturn games anyway. I would think that Bomberman 94 would be a more logical choice. That game is also awesome for one thing, and the Wii can actually play the title.

Perhaps this article was written very late at night...:)

This was a guest editor's feature.  I did not have time to go over all of the statements made in the article, but will be correcting the Arcade Card & DotB section.

I don't know, but the wonderful Bazaar de Gozaru Game no Gozaro came out in 1996. I so love that game. There was also that something-something Working Love game, and probably others.

Hmm?  Why?  Because you pointed out corrections?  It was my fault about the content - I should have looked it over more carefully.   I try to be as accurate as possible in the content that I provide, so I'm glad that you pointed them out.

Where did they announce that?  I curious because I am a Saturn fan.  I actually have it.

Yeah at this rate there'll probably be a Virtual Boy adaptor by the end of the year.

I made a post in the Wii Virtual Console discussion forum about how Turbo CD/Sega CD games could work on it.  Something I forgot to take into account though is how cheap storage is.  Memory cards are massive price gouge bait these days.  Specifically, the official Sony PS2 card, the 64 megabyte 360 memory unit, and any of the PSP memory sticks that are only now dropping down to prices that are "very overpriced for a memory stick" instead of "no way man this shit is insane!"

The onboard storage for the Wii is only 512 megabits.  About quintuple what could be on a DS game card uncompressed.  However Iwata has said that besides STANDARD SD cards (none of the encrypted PSP nonsense that makes you pay triple for it) "any storage will work."  He then further implies that you'll be able to take basically any portable storage, an external hard drive, an MP3 player, even your PC itself I guess (though this probably won't be officially possible at first) and use it as a massive memory card.

Looking around the area I'm in right now, I'm typing this on a machine that has a forty gigabyte hard drive, there's a ten gigabyte MP3 player to my left, enough SD chips to stock a casino on my right.  A few 400 megabyte CD games would be no problem, espcially with how cheap SD cards are now.

There has NOT been any announcement about Saturn games on the Wii.  In fact, don't expect any unless they are ports/remakes of Saturn games at this time.

I have never ever played a Saturn game (other than an in-store demo) and would love to get into some Knights or whatever else is exclusive to the system.

You gotta play Tengai Makyou The Apocalypse IV.

Saturn Bomberman is another 32-bit PCE game.

Most of the Sega arcade ports and big name games are both fun to play and dirt cheap to buy now(if you don't mind japanese versions).
