I still feel stupid for passing on one of these in Tokyo in '07. Ah well, you can't buy everything. :)

Good luck with the sale!

The first Turbografx I found in the wild had JJ & Jeff in it.

The second came with a stack of games. I then found some super choice games and a stick years later. These are the only TG16 gear I've found at thrift stores, or any other kind of store for that matter.

I can't wait to have some Yuki chan in my life.

My guide came in yesterday and it's awesome. Thanks again for the heads up.

Who ever heard of anti-Japanese PC Engine fans? Download the Google Translate app and get over yourselves. In my day you had to walk 10 miles uphill both ways through waist deep snow to just find out a game existed in Japan. Kids these days I tell you. ;)

Thanks for the heads up exodus, ordered! On a side note, I love Amazon Japan so very much.

The cheap replacement power supply I had for my Supergrafx created a lot of video noise. I can't recommend them. It took me awhile to track down an official one but it eliminated the video problem. Didn't know about the other ones or I could've saved myself a few bucks. :)

Good luck! It took me awhile to track down one. The generic replacements are pretty bad and create a lot of interference on screen.

Quote from: exodus on 01/31/2018, 09:15 PMI love how this dumb thing looks! I wish I could justify it :P
Oh please, this is my preferred setup and the way god intended games be played. It's no Supergrafx with Super CD, that thing is dumb looking. :P

Free bump OP, good luck with your sale. Much love for the briefcase.

Dang talk about snail mail. Glad they showed up!

I got my Everdrive Black Friday order a week ago.  This time of year is horrible for international shipping and customs clearance. I've had a package in customs for over a week now. Patience is a virtue.

I love this guy's channel so very much.

Season Three has been great so far too. Love this show so much.

Very nice on the OSSC. I'm waiting for mine to make its way to me from across the pond.  Can't wait!

I didn't have time to read the article before work, but I got my issue in today's mail:

I got hooked so bad on takoyaki while vacationing in Japan I bought an electric maker off eBay. :) I need to bust it out and get cooking!
#17
Oh nice! I'm a subscriber so I'm definitely looking forward to this hitting my mailbox.

I bought a SNES to CDi adapter for my 910 off a seller on AtariAge about maybe a year ago. You might want to check over there.

Buy/Sell/Trade / WTB: Arcade Card Pro
08/22/2017, 05:38 PM
Edit: I was able to find one. Thanks all!

I'm currently looking for an Arcade Card Pro for my briefcase setup. Anyone have one to sell?

Thanks!

I sent Keith my briefcase S-video setup I bought from him a few years back to get RGB upgraded. Of course he does amazing work, and of course my PCE games have never looked so good. :) Thanks again Keith! Everyone send this man your business. You won't be disappointed.
#21
If your looking to have your NES modded for RGB I'd recommend looking up Yurkie at AtariAge. He did mine and I couldn't be happier with his work.
#22
I love the NES, but the NES retro scene is the freaking worst.

I found this while going through some things, and figured I'd see if anyone here was interested in it.

Here's my old NEO PCE Flash Cart that hasn't gotten much love since I got my Everdrive. This is the 64M model and comes complete with USB Loader, packaging, and the now mostly worthless driver disc. Updated drivers and the app needed to load ROMs on the cart can be found on their website: https://www.neoflash.com/

I tested this out and it still works great. It's currently setup for Turbografx, but this is easily changed in software when loading games on the cart.

I was thinking $50 shipped to US address. Drop me a PM if your interested.

Thanks!

Aaron

Quote from: Keith Courage on 03/24/2015, 09:30 PMThe cases appear to be PCMCIA cases http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lot-10-Hard-Case-Holder-for-PCMCIA-Memory-Flash-cards-/221309096311?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item33870cd177
I've got one of these cases for my Everdrive. Never thought of adding art to them tho. Very cool.

I scored a 19" PVM for 99 cents a few months ago doing just this. I had to drive an hour each way to pick it up, but PVMs are so hard to find around here it was more then worth it. Have patience.

Fried chicken is not to be used as facial wash.
But it gives you that delicious youthful glow.

My order passed through customs a week ago, but is taking it's sweet time to get to me. It's been stuck in Allen Park, MI for the past three days. At least it got scanned each of those days. Gotta love the USPS during the holidays. :(

Quote from: guest on 10/27/2014, 11:12 AMI've not bought anything from him, but at least he knows how to spell le VolfieV.
I bought a copy if this game from them a few weeks ago, and the spine was completely sun faded. It was listed as "like new". Boo. :(

If only this one had a coin. :(

Those are some amazing pieces. The only piece of original art I have that is video game related is a cover to Playstation Magazine (PSM) for a Tekken 3 cover story.

Oh man, if only I was closer. I imagine shipping to Ohio would be a small fortune.

Quote from: bartre on 10/04/2014, 12:57 AMso, as i've obtained more and more stuff, i find that i have way too many keys to put comfortably in my pocket.
so i need keychains, specifically, i'm looking for ones to go with my arcade cabs.
any suggestions, i've got an SNK cab, a namco cab, and a sega cab.

a quick search on ebay/amazon yielded disappointing results.
These look to be pretty nice and affordable:

I haven't bought any, but I've seen them sold on different forums such as KLOV.

Hope this helps!

Wait until Friday two weeks ago.

You missed the boat by like 150 people.  lol
I emailed an order when it went up on your site but haven't heard anything. Is it safe to assume I'm somewhere in the queue?

Quote from: Desh on 06/22/2014, 10:34 AMI know there are quite a few members here that live in TurboGrafx saturated areas but here in NW Ohio it's amazing if you even see a loose Keith Courage at a game store or resale shop once a year.
Hey another Toledoan! I can only remember a couple times I found Turbo stuff in the wild around here.

In 1997 when I was going to school in Bowling Green I scored a TG-16 with a Turbobooster and around 25 games for $50 at Goodwill. That got the ball rolling. :)

My best ever find was in June of 2007 at the Goodwill on Reynolds Rd. Hidden in the CDs were about a dozen games including Dungeon Explorer II and Neutopia II for $3 a pop. No system, so I always suspected whoever bought it missed the games. Always check the CD bins!  I don't think I'll ever do that good at a thrift again. :)

Back in the late 90s Allied Records was a goldmine for games before collecting and eBay went mainstream. I truly miss those days, but Turbo stuff has always been hard to find around here. I only knew one person who had one while they were still current.

Good luck!
