[Buy/Sell/Trade / SEGA CD (US) & MEGA CD (JP) Model 1's, in need of repair]

Hi all, I have a pair of Sega's CD-ROM systems, a SEGA-CD (US) & a MEGA-CD (JP) Model 1's each.
Problem with both is, can't read CD's, tray open/closes but do not read discs, they both turn on & display BIOS, they both have their territorial console piggybacked to them (Genesis for SEGA-CD, Mega Drive for MEGA-CD).

If anyone is able to fix these please shoot me a post here, lemme know how much it would cost for service, would really like to get these bad boys up & running among my console collection. I'm in the NYC area if that helps to determine shipping.

Hey peeps, I just bought a TG16 and will be arriving in a few days. I want to know if anyone out there is still doing region modding, I've seen the works and i gotta say that i am very impressed (didn't think on the PCE/TG16 it can actually be done), The forum posts i've seen are a bit old so i wanna know if anyone is still offering modding services and what would be the cost for a TG16 console to let it play JP Hu's & US Turbochips.
