A little piece of advice, drop the reserve price. They tend to be taboo to bidders, making them reluctant in pushing the big bucks. Then again a boxed MC is pretty rare nowadays and the whole reserve thing won't be an issue. I'm interested to see how this ends. (Yet the same time sad.  )

Unfortunately you fail to even know what the story is yet you're just choosing to judge me.  Granted I have no need to explain myself but I'm going to anyway.  I originally stated that I wanted a useable copy and a sealed copy which after thinking about it I realized it was pointless.  I came across a seller that offered me a loose copy which I bought.  I put up a thread on digitpress asking to buy the instructions for Magical Chase.  I got a response from a previous seller who offered me another Magical Chase with the instructions.  Since the price was good and I needed the instructions I took it.  Yes I have an extra copy which just last night I was talking to Windancer about trading off HERE for boxes.  So basically thats the story.  If you think my story is bullshit then thats your problem.

Edit:  To address you saying I am here trying to buy a third.  I put a BID on a third (which has the box that I need) which would have been a steal at what I bid.  That doesn't mean I am out actively searching to buy a third.  It makes me a person that would jump on a cheap deal if I found one.

I think this particular copy is worth much more than others because it comes with that exclusive code written in pencil.  No other Magical Chase has that code written into their instruction booklets.

I don't see the point in buying something at such a price.  A one-of-a-kind item, I can understand, but not a published Turbo game.  But then again, I'm not a collector.  A Magical Chase loose JP Hu is good enough for me.  Even if it has a big "Chameleon Club" rainbow sticker plastered on both sides of the card.

what is the story behind this game? i see that it's developed by quest who did the ogre battle games so it seems like a departure if it's a shooting game which is interesting. did it have a super low print run or something?

as of writing this, the auction has 29 people watching it.

The auction still has over 8 days to go, who knows if it will go any higher or not.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed that whoever wins will actually go through with it and pay b/c ebay is filled with deadbeat bidders.  I wish i didn't have to sell it b/c i love holding onto my turbo games, but I (like many other people right now) am in a desperate financial situation.  I just hope that the game finds a good home and it  doesn't end up with some shitty re-seller.

Well lets see here.  Where to begin?  That surely is my auction!  I don't recall ever saying I would sell my extra for what I paid for it.  I recall saying exactly what you quoted me saying.  I wanted to trade it for boxes.  I clearly see a posting in the Buying/Selling section with it listed in my trades list saying I wanted boxes.  I have got ONE response to it saying they would trade like 6 boxes that I needed.  Maybe I should do that Sinistron, maybe I should take a huge loss on it.  Is that what your saying I should do?
