Played through Parasol Stars again today. It's funny when I didn't know about the "true" ending I got it by accident, but when I knew I needed 3 stars at the end of world 8 I couldn't get it. Talk about frustrating! Hoobs have any pointers in getting the miracle you want to appear? or 3 stars in world 8 easily?

Now that I've finished putting the VHS DEMO tape on Youtube, I'm trying to put an entertaining Retrospective video together for Ninja Spirit.

This is harder than it looks, guys. First take, I talked a lot and my game skills suffered. A lot. Second play through I did great, but hardly said a word. I played through it again this evening an thought I had the perfect balance of great gameplay (a few d'oh moments, but all videos should have that) and commentary. Then I went to turn off the capture device and realized I had forgotten to turn it on at the beginning.

Argh.

Nexzer, my new favorite shooter.

I got a weird glitch today though, I cleared stage 3 and for some reason it repeated itself and when I cleared it again I jumped to stage 5.

I started a new game afterwards and when I passed stage 3 I went to stage 4 like it normally would. I Guess it was just a freak glitch.

Played a little bit of Sherlock Holmes recently. Haven't been able to really get into it.

On the PCE side, I put in a number of hours into Solid Force and Kisou Louga. Both are interesting games, but lot of Japanese.

1 you have to beat the first level before you can replenish your HP/MP
2 once you beat the first level grind til you level up enough to go easily through the second level, going back to town to rest as needed.

Finally beat Neutopia this morning! Kind of a big moment for me as this is the first Turbo game I've ever beaten. Now I can concentrate on Cosmic Fantasy 2 for a while. ^__^v
