@GTV reviews the Cosmic Fantasy 1-2 Switch collection by Edia, provides examples of the poor English editing/localization work. It's much worse for CF1. Rated "D" for disappointment, finding that TurboGrafx CF2 is better & while CF1's the real draw, Edia screwed it up...

A buddy of mine had his NES games stolen from him recently. In an effort to help him piece his collection back together (the games stolen were his originals from when he was young) I ask the help of my good friends here. The Dragon Warriors were some of his favorites so I will pursue these first. I haven't told him that I am doing this, so hopefully he will have a nice surprise soon.

I won't be able to send out any money yet, but feel free to start PMing offers. Thanks all! :)

Bernie

Man that sucks!  Four of my favorites for the system too.  The first two will be easy to find, and cheaply.  The second two will be somewhat higher, but I see no problem getting them.  Hope it works out for your buddy man.  Terrible news.  :(

Arkhan Asylum

I has a spare Dragom Warrior 2, loosey.

PM me with some sort of offar.

What else you need?  I have some other spares, like Magic of Shehzeharhahrahrarharhazade!

and some others!  Stuff that Bernie didn't need.

I've got a spare SMB3 also.

I'm willing to part with these on teh cheeps.
This "max-level forum psycho" () destroyed TWO PC Engine groups in rage: one by Aaron Lambert on Facebook "Because Chris 'Shadowland' Runyon!," then the other by Aaron Nanto "Because Le NightWolve!" Him and PCE Aarons don't have a good track record together... Both times he blamed the Aarons in a "Look-what-you-made-us-do?!" manner, never himself nor his deranged, destructive, toxic turbo troll gang!

I got em, but they all have dead batteries. ><

Ugh. If I had the skillz to replace them I would bug you for a few of them.

Well I'm going to attempt it when I'm not so busy with work. It doesn't look too complicated, but I rather do it when I got a good day or so to mess about with em.

The only two NES carts I ever came across in my childhood with a completely dead battery were DW1 and DW2. Wonder if they cheaped out on the batteries for these carts.

Arjak

Sent you a PM.

Also, if any of you ever have battery problems with an NES cart again, look up on NintendoAge a guy by the username, Ulasamosa. He offers a great battery replacement service that not only replaces the battery, but installs a special battery holder, making battery replacement easy to do yourself in the future. Tell him Arjak sent you.

Why yes, this IS product placement! :P

Cool thanks! Might just do that with my other dead battery carts...

Mathius

Cool! Thanks for all the responses guys! I am on vacation currently so when I get back I will start making offers hopefully.
