so whats the first game you plan on completing in 2013?

The image in my signature is a character from all the turbo games i was able to complete in 2012.
Time to start work on a new one. Not sure where to begin, but i think it will be shockman.

Doesnt have to be turbo/pce, but what do you think you will finish first this year?

I'd really love to get back to my N64 games.

I've been holding off from Donkey Kong 64 for quite a while. It is an excellent platformer, with lots of secrets. I tried to get 101% or whatever in the game, and I did for the first 3 levels, and I got far on Gloomy Galleon.

Unfortunately, whenever I try to get everything in a game, I lose focus. I would really like to try and get back to it.

Also, Super Mario 64 is a game that I HAVE beaten, but I think I got the bare minimum. Also, I've never beaten it on a real N64. I sold it recently, so I may buy it again, as it is one of my favorite Mario games of all time(tied with Super Mario Bros.)

My 7 year old and I are a good 2player team on these games, she shows me a few tricks, damn kids

That said it is going to be "Epic Mickey 2"... Even though I hate the word Epic...grrrrrr

Looks like it's gonna be Castlevania Order of Ecclesia for me. I've been on a CV kick lately and am about 2/3 of the way through this one. After that, Symphony is next.

I started a game of Donkey Kong Country on SNES today. Already halfway through.

One of my favorite levels of any game is Snow Barrel Blast on DKC. I absolutely love snow, and that level has the coolest snow effect.

yeah Bernie I'm not expecting much from 3 , but this is something I've wanted to play/own for 15 years, so I'm pretty exciting. skyrim is pretty cool as well.

I actually just beat Rayman Origins this afternoon. If it weren't for Spelunky, I would say that this was the best platformer of the current console generation.

I hope to finish Skyrim too. Although, the load times are pathetic and the entire game is pissing me off so badly that I might fire it out the window and install NFS: Most Wanted.

yeah, GG really killed the fun of that game for a level, lame design, slow, lame boss, kinda blech.
however, level 5 was more than cool enough to make up for it.
i still can't 101% that game, missing bananas from two of the minigames is levels 6 and 7.

as for what game i'll be beating first this year, that's looking like either persona 3 FES or Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core, whichever I have more time for.

Rayman Origins will probably be the first game I beat this year. My wife n' I have been playing it the last week or so. My favorite levels seem to be the treasure levels. Not sure why, I'm not that good with my reflexes, but I love the banjo in that, & having all kinds of things exploding/disapearing/etc. while you run towards the treasure, makes me laugh once I've finally beat it. Been also playing Untold Legends Warrior's Code on PSP. I'm more then halfway thru that. There's a few other games on PS3 I've started up, not sure which'll be finished next. I started up Wonderboy in Monsterworld(it's wierd, playing it with the original music, as I grew up with DH), Retro City Rampage, & Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath.

Eye of the Beholder is a fairly good game. I had a lot of fun with it on Sega Cd when I was a teenager.

Mass Effect since i got the trilogy last month i think.Still i'm not sure at the moment last month i did get my copy of sweet home back finally.Back in september,i sent the game to nesreproductions.com for it to be converted in english.Now i don't have to worry about using a walk through to play sweet home on the famicom.

Other then that i been thinking about playing shining force as well.I was watching a "let's play" of it recently and i have the urge to play it all of a sudden.

Took out World Heroes 2Jet on New Years day, Looking to give Sam Sho 1 a thrashing now that it's arrived.

Fighters are a bit easier to just 'beat', but I also need to get back into Emerald Dragon and finish that off soon. Perhaps sooner than later?

That's a good question. I thought that Mysterious Song was going to be a long game, so I was planning on that taking me a couple of weeks. Since it didn't, I'm not sure what to play now. I hooked my Xbox 360 up for the first time since I moved into this house last summer. It's hard for me to get in to new games, though. I started Popolocrois for the PSP the other day but I don't like it that much so far. I'll probably go back to Ys I & II for the Turbo.

I thought IF2 would be a game I would be able to get through in 2012, but it just wasn't in the cards. It's a weird extremely fair/balanced shooter that really kicks your ass. I have to give it the attention it deserves. (Something I've said many times, but after about 30mins-1hour I go running to Star Parodia or Lords of Thunder to boost my confidence again.

Me too, except, I haven't started playing the Ratchet n Clank collection yet, gotta get around to it soon!

First game I ended up beating was Wonderboy in Monsterworld. I've beaten Dynastic Hero a thousand times, but this was my first time beating the original version. Paralax aside, I prefer Dynastic Hero, though, I think I heard there was a boss that was left out of DH? I'm guessing it's at the part where it plays the Dragon's Trap/Curse boss theme in the last castle. I deffinitely prefer the music in DH, it's always been one of my favorites, but, WB in MW did grow on me musically.
