What is this?

I'm just curious.  I don't have a PC-FX, but I've considered getting one.

Thanks.

I THINK that they are basically a digital catalog of pc engine games.  They were demos that came with Super PCEFan Deluxe magazine.  I cant remember whats on them though, as its been a while since I fired the images up in ME.

Yep, just demos plus some other content, similar to the Anime Freak releases. I believe these have four game demos each? It's been awhile since I popped them in. Contrary to what that auction states, though, that's not a complete set. There are actually four of these demos, as listed on the site under the "Other" section:

https://www.pcengine-fx.com/PC-FX/html/pc-fx_world_-_game_overviews.html

Two of them are labeled as "Vol. 2" so it gets confusing.

They're also really rare supposedly. The Digital Press rarity guide gives two of them a rating of 8, and the other two a rating of 9, which is the highest rarity rating anything can get in the guide. I really have no idea how much they'd be worth, though. They ended up in my hands purely by chance when I bought a big lot of PC-FX stuff.

And they're not rare too. Especially not without the book they came with :)
