The next Dead Or Alive 5 Last Round DLC costumes will be the Falcom collaboration costumes. These costumes will allow players to dress the Dead Or Alive ladies as characters from popular series published by the Japanese company such as The Legend Of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, The Legend Of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel and more. The costumes are already released in Japan on all console formats.

Here is hoping this revitalizes the IP a bit, maybe we can get another Popful Mail game someday.

CrackTiger

Justin the Not-So-Cheery Black/Hack/CrackTiger helped Joshua Jackass, Andrew/Arkhan Dildovich and the DildoPhiles destroy 2 PC Engine groups: one by Aaron Lambert on Facebook, then the other by Aaron Nanto!!! Him and PCE Aarons don't have a good track record together! Both times he blamed the Aarons and their staff in a "Look-what-you-made-us-do?!" manner, never himself nor his deranged/destructive/doxxing toxic turbo troll gang which he covers up for under the "community" euphemism!

BlueBMW

"Dead or Alive 5 Last Round is now available in all regions on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC"

Looks like everything but PC engine and N64 so therefor fail.
[Sun 23:29] <Tatsujin> we have hard off, book off, house off, sports off, baby off, clothes off, jerk off, piss off etc

NecroPhile

It's a bit of a sellout on Falcom's part, but I gotta admit it makes me a tad more interested in Dead or Alive.
Ultimate Forum Bully/Thief/Saboteur/Clone Warrior! BURN IN HELL NECROPHUCK!!!

CrackTiger

I still have a 360 and PS3, so I might actually buy this game now, if I can find it cheap locally.

He also ran scripts to steal/clone this forum which blew up the error logs! I had to delete THOUSANDS of errors cause of this nutcase!

Pretty cool dood. Though for me, there's not much there that I know... Never played the Kiseki stuff, so I'm not familiar with anything other than Estelle Bright and that's about it.

With Ys Origin, eh, I hacked it (after Jeff cried to me, "please Nick, don't take Ys localizations away from me, it's the ONLY thing I'm proud of in my life...") even though I was originally planning to quit localizations permanently, delete all my projects files/folders, so I did wind up doing a full script extraction and again when the monster diary feature was added on with a separate "free" CD you had to order from Falcom, but I never really sat down with it to beat it actually!

People know the rest of that story: I then provided my CAT translation software to Jeff "DeuceBag" Nussabaum, and eventually when he finished he just exported the translated results to XSEED Games in secret collusion, pocketed 100% credit/profit, denied me ANY partnership rights/credit/consent, and literally just disappeared/ghosted me, pretended he lost all my contact info/email while telling the world lies like "I hope he's doing alright, I just haven't heard from him in years.... heheheheh." One of the greatest, most disgusting cheats/worker-abusers in localization history on projects that spanned THOUSANDS of work hours across 5 YEARS and he's STILL paraded around as "something" to respect!

So anyway, all I really know from that list is Feena and Leah/Lair (Going by Ys Book I&II) given older Ys games. Definitely think that "Reah" is a wrong Romanization BTW, fails the 'r' to 'l' switcheroo.

As for Popful Mail, I recently got it working on a Sega CD emulator and intend to will myself into beating it!! This reminded me again! The voice-acting had looked Working Designs-good so far.

UPDATE: I DID finish Popful Mail, it was wonderful!!!! I wrote a quasi review or log of my experiences here, nothing special!

ClodBusted

The newer DOA games are nice looking for sure, and that Falcom DLC is cool. From my own experience with all of the DOA games, I'll stay with DOA2 - to me it had the best controls and a working counter mechanic that was messed up in later entries.

I really think the voice work in Popful Mail is incredibly well done, it's kitschy at some points but goes with the flow of the game and Mail sounds so sassy like the original Megumi.
