Mine came yesterday, and I came soon after opening it.  It's damn nice, with the fancy layout and pro quality Paul always delivers.

I've not had the time to read it yet, but so far my favorite part is the Cook's guest appearance and Paul's business card.

You'll get an email when it's posted. All but the very newest orders should be posted out this week. It's been a bit later than hoped because I fractures a bone in my foot and have been unable to get out.
