You should always start around double what you paid for it and the modify up or down from there, even if guy can still buy it from the publisher's own webpage for MSRP, doesn't matter. Always fuck the next guy as hard as possible. It will give him the character needed to the redouble the price again when he sells it next week.

It's called capitalism, look it up. Always. For thousands of years past and certainly for thousands more, without end, forever. It's God's will. There are no side effects. Nothing can go wrong. Sure, we're on course for a $10,000 Mario Duckhunt within three years but it's OK because capitalism will all make us rich enough to afford it. Inflation is a normal part of capitalism.

I did not. My way of listening to this band is as random and chaotic as they are. I own nothing! I just dig in when I get a chance. My favorite release is The ABCs of Anarchism with Chumbawamba and Chomsky.
