No, NOT a trick, a Halloween treat! Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! It's been used twice.  Once when I bought it many years ago and once a couple months ago to verify it was still in perfect working condition.  Asking $300.  Note that this was part of another FS post of mine from a few months ago:
