Music on PCE-FX TV

I have been wanting to know what's the song at that plays at the end of the third episode of PC-Engine FX TV; it sounds vaguely familar. I know the end of the second episode comes from Ys IV: The Dawn of Ys but I can't put my finger on the song in the third episode, help please.

I don't remember what exact album it was from, but I believe it was from an older remix album from Ayumi Hamasaki (sorry, forgot to credit the music.)...I'm a HUGE fan of her stuff.

Yes, and now I am in shameful defeat! Nah actually I think I was too lazy to search for it when I first read Aaron's response and didn't actually try for the first time until a couple weeks ago.
