Yeah, I'd say $10 for a loose card is about right. Maybe as high as $13, once you factor in shipping. Anything more than that and you could pretty much find a case/manual/card/sleeve copy, if you're patient enough.

Well, I think it's sold here on the forums recently for around $45.  I don't know if you'd be able to talk him down that much, but if you offer to purchase a few other games, he'd probably give you a pretty good deal for a lot (I've been able to pick up lots from him in the past for a good chunk less than what was originally listed).  Good luck!
