When you connect red blobs you activate red monsters to attack. Linking purple puyos makes purple monsters attack and so forth. Also like Puzzle & Dragons the game has a luck factor since puyos can automatically connect when a new row falls down.

Looks like fun! I'll have to give it a try when it's out.

I got a little obsessive about Puzzles and Dragons and had to delete it- maybe I can better handle Puyo.

I got a little obsessive about Puzzles and Dragons and had to delete it- maybe I can better handle Puyo.

I did too, but ended up getting burned out on it. So it's been taking a rest. Haven't played it in a couple of months. It also seems that lvling up your character becomes a massive chore at a certain point, unless one pays of course.

I dig the art on Puyo Puyo more.
