No, NOT a trick, a Halloween treat! Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! Hey Everyone,

Apologies if this has already been covered, but is there a list or archive of all the PC Engine CD/SCD/ACD translation patches available for Japanese games? Being relatively new to the PC Engine, it would be nice to know what is out there.
