No, NOT a trick, a Halloween treat! Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! PCE Duo-R clean working, but I need some Cash but don't want to get totally out of the game, will trade for an IFU with CD and system card, we can figure out the diff between me and whom ever is interested, comes with AV/Original AC Power and Avenue 3 pad.

Will add pics when I can, just tossing the idea out there.
