Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! I have had a Supergrafx for quite a while now but have yet to play it due to no power adapter. Is there anything that's compatible with it?

there are plenty of 9V 1.5A supplys out there that work great
just need to change the plugs
