No, NOT a trick, a Halloween treat! Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! The seller is in Gifu? Not the place I'd expect such a lot from.   =D>  But I'd say the price is way too high.  I only glanced through the list, but most of those games can be had eaisly for about $5 or less.  Nothing truly rare or expensive there.
