No, NOT a trick, a Halloween treat! Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! I don't think that's for the PC Engine - where's the pins?  A little googling says that Invecta/Besta is a maker of electronic dictionaries, which use memory cards for updating and changing dictionaries; newer devices use SD/MMC cards, but older devices (they've been around since '89) would've used something like a PCMCIA or JEIDA card.
