@GTV reviews the Cosmic Fantasy 1-2 Switch collection by Edia, provides examples of the poor English editing/localization work. It's much worse for CF1. Rated "D" for disappointment, finding that TurboGrafx CF2 is better & while CF1's the real draw, Edia screwed it up...

Haha, awesome.  ^^b

I personally consider Manual, Game, Sleeve (HuCard) and case to be complete. Perhaps if I had originally saved all the boxes I'd care, but now as long as it is complete without the box I'm good.

I also play everything, so sealed games don't have much value for me, unless I could get a sealed Magical Chase or something, I'd let that one sit in the box  :)

Quote from: DragonmasterDan on 07/06/2011, 07:18 AMIf it's a CD game that came only in a jewel case then everything that came with it is what I look to collect. If it's a TTI released HuCard with a cardboard box but no jewel case I go for the game and manual.
Is there a list anywhere of exactly what games did not come with jewel cases or other items?

SuperPlay

I have not come across a complete list just this overview:

"All Turbo Grafx Hucard games were sold in cardboard boxes though the later releases (sometime in 1992 and later) did not include a jewel case.

All CD Rom2 games were released in cardboard boxes with the exception of Buster Bros. and Splash Lake which were sold in jewel cases, and Vasteel was packed in a foil stamped slip cover. All Super CDs were sold in jewel cases except Exile: Wicked Phenomenon which was packed in a foil stamped slip cover."

Also if I am correct the following games come with the plastic inserts rather than in a  jewel case.

Darkwing Duck
Falcon
Ghost Manor
Time Cruise
Air Zonk
Bomberman '93
Bonk's Big Adventure (3)
Chase HQ
Dead Moon
Hit The Ice
Jackie Chan Action Kung Fu
Legend Of Hero Tonma
Magical Chase
Neutopia 2
New Adventure Island
Order Of The Griffon (Dungeon and Dragons)
Samurai Ghost
Shockman
Soldier Blade
Somer Assault
World Sports Competition

VestCunt

Correct.  21 Turbochips without jewel cases, which is everything © '92 & '93 except Ballistix.

CrackTiger

Shermatlock 2 also came without a cardboard box. Other fake SCDs would have as well.

True, except for Keith Courage and the TG-CD syscard; neither of those had boxes and the latter lacks a case too.

The Super System Card is the only Turbochip which came in a jewel case with insert and the only one with a bubbled face. It also was not sold in stores.
