You guys still suck. No music in your life? Goddamn.

SOL FEACE. I can't believe I spent most of my life only knowing the chiptunes, not the Red Book. Crazy.

 IMG

PLUTO BASE, when I took the screenshot.

But as I type this, the soaring ArtifiStar and Almathea are filling my headphones.

Oh god yes - I heard the redbook first then the chiptunes second...such a letdown because that CD-Rom soundtrack is off the charts good.

Although - the Sharp x68000 version has pretty good renditions and of course supports MIDI modules:

See!? I haven't really listened to the X68000 version! I have even more to listen to now!

Yay!

I love comparing the different versions.  :pcgs:

two tracks from the forza horizon 2 game.  The Todd Terje one I just LOVE !!!!!

Todd Terje:  Delorean Dynamite from the mission OUTRUN the SUN in a Ferrari F40
The clash:  Train in Vain from the mission where you get to race an actual train.

I have over-listened to The Clash, but I love the synthtune @terje because that's new to me.

I thought this was an Italian production....turns out it was German. Still loving this, despite the fact that I got sick of it a few years ago (from over-listening to it).

Love the Talking Heads!

What is the best song on this album? The chorus is about "the wind in my heart, the wind in my head...." Anyway, it's spiritually connected to Born Under Punches, even though I can't remember the damn title of the song.

Update: here it is..."The Listening Wind"...one of my favorite tracks...

^ Saw David Byrne & St Vincent last summer for their "Love This Giant" tour, I love them both. When they played "Burning Down The House' I got chills. :)

Well this came out of nowhere for me...

JoshTurboTrollX

Jossshhhhh...Legendary TurboTrollX-16: He revenge-bans PCE Developers/Ys IV Localizers from PCE Facebook groups and destroyed 2 PC Engine groups: one by Aaron Lambert on Facebook, then the other by Aaron Nanto!!! Josh and PCE Aarons don't have a good track record together! Both times he blamed the Aarons and their staff in a "Look-what-you-made-us-do?!" manner (extortion/blackmail!), never himself nor his deranged, destructive, toxic turbo troll gang!

The absolutely gorgeous tune:

Track 11 (Stage 9) — "Follow" from RayXanber FM-TOWNS (non-PCE).Yasuhito Saito is tagged for credit, but I have no idea who created this gorgeous, gorgeous tune.

If you download the soundtrack, several other tracks are quite nice:

Title
Stage 1 (RayXanber)
Stage 2 (Last Party)
Stage 4 (Shake Off)
Stage 7 (Swear)

Ok, I've never seen the video for Send Me an Angel. Great song, ridiculous video. The werebeast is hilarious.

Now, I am not familiar with Neon Indian, but it sounds like they were heavily influenced by "New Musik"

Needless to say, since I think you are in the UK, you probably know New Musik :)

Absolutely fabulous.

Anyway, I like this Neon Indian song (even if it is some remix thing).

Absolutely forgot about this group.  The only song I do recall from them is living by numbers.

MNKyDeth

I am mostly a metal head. Lately it has been a lot of Scar Symmetry, especially from the album Pitch Black Progress.

But when I am not in a very heavy mood and want something a bit more mellow... I go old school Dio, Judas Priest, or Maiden.
