My setup:

Have all my consoles in a shelving unit and pull them out as needed.

Two CRT TV's - the black one is a Grundig with RGB SCART, the grey one is a JVC with component input and a stunning noise filter.

MVS supergun is setup inside the desk, under the sliding drawer with AES joystick on top.

A small test bench with LCD for arcade PCB's.

And a small wall mounted shelf for some random games and hardware.

Nice - I see we had a similar idea with the squares.

I like to have them all plugged in though, must be a pain.  Where do you keep the cables?

Some consoles share the same power supply or video cable which is helpful, the rest of the cables are in a drawer. Only takes a couple of seconds to hook something up - I generally keep a few common video cables and PSU's plugged in so most times it's just a matter of grabbing the console and plugging in 2 cables.

Any console that outputs RGB connects to the Grundig TV, which reminds me I must get a scart splitter. Other consoles like the twin fami and nes which only output composite go to the JVC as it has an excellent noise filter.

I'd like to have them all connected at once but don't seem to have the means to do so. Would need more space, not to mention tons of power boards and video splitters.

Nice, that squares shelves are perfect for the consoles.

I'd take a picture but it's a mess. I have two TVs, and I keep open pathways to hook up systems that are not typically in use up to either TV.

The first TV is a 30 inch CRT 1080i Toshiba. I have the following systems hooked up. Xbox 360 via HDMI, Wii via Component cable, Playstation 2, GameCube with GB player, Original Xbox, + extra port via switchbox, US Sega Saturn connected to AV port on back directly into system, NES 2 via RF into a VCR connected through the switchbox, Neo-Geo via AV into VCR connected through switchbox. Turbo Duo via AV 2 into VCR connected through switchbox. I then have an open front S-video/AV port on the front of the TV, and an open RF connection through the back of the VCR.

The second TV is a 25 inch Sharp. It has an open front AV port (Stereo), and a switchbox connected with the following systems Japanese Saturn, US Dreamcast, US SNES. I have one extra port on the switchbox pus the front port to hook up additional systems to.

I'm guessing Ikea.  They're called Expedit.  I have the 5x5 bookcase for my clothes and books, and the 2x4 one you see in the photo.

Speaking of Ikea shelves, I recently bought a "Laiva" for my game room. Nice shelf, and pretty cheap.

I'll take pics after my XRGB arrives and I finish it up

I'll even show off my Ikea shelves.

I made myself out of milk crates and zipties.

I've got all of my consoles hooked up simultaneously to a 27" RCA CRT with Component, S-Video and Composite inputs.  The 8-bit through 16-bit systems are all hooked up with S-Video to the CRT, or if I want RGB I have an RGB to Component converter for that.  All of the systems are also hooked up to my 40" Toshiba LCDTV, which doesn't have S-Video, so I downscale S-Video to Composite, or swap out systems hooked up with RGB to HDMI 720p adapter.  I play all of my games on the 40" in Game Mode, and pretty much only use the CRT for light gun games.

I only have a current pic of all console cabinet, the LCD TV is to the right of it in its own shelf unit with games above it and speakers below it.

^ sheath, that's the cleanest looking armoire-stuffed-with-consoles that I have ever seen. :pcgs:
