I just hate the fact that the entire situation is so highschool-ish and that there are people out there that haven't grown up.

As far as the thread goes Michael posted a video by Nintega on post #2481 (which I have no idea what it is now since the video was removed due to terms of use violation) and mentioned that it was from Nin (not by name, but it was Nin). Joe felt it was not necessary to bring him up and told Michael to "let him go". Now yes, since I (and I assume Joe) are not being directly harassed by Nin, we responded with the basis that ignoring him is the best practice and that we'd like to see this practice done on the forum. It was not meant to sound like we were talking down to either of you, but a course of action to be taken.

Since our stance of ignoring him (as a site) doesn't seem to be the right one, what do you suggest we do for the users here? Should I make a child-forum just for Nintega that people can post in? (I'm being serious here). I want to know what I can do to better support the members here so I'm open to any and all suggestions.

Aaron- I don't pretend to know what is best for the site- I only speak for myself. Unfortunately for me and Mike- when Nin attacks us he actually believes it is an attack on the site- even ludicrously stating on a YT page that me and Mike represent 95% of this forum (perhaps part of the reason that Mike feels let down - somehow in Nintega's mind we became PCFX and Mike's plight is mostly ignored by you- the administrator of this forum- even though he was practically deputized by you in the past for this issue). I haven't been here nearly as long as most of the older members- and in actuality two people only represent 0.015% of this forum. He seems to think that it was me, Mike and Nectarsis that ultimately got him banned- meanwhile none of us are moderators, and while we did send portions of shoutbox to moderators to show them what Nintega was up to- we were by no means the only people that he was consistently annoying. Later on- when he got banned from RisingStuff forums- he blamed Nectarsis who is a moderator there- though from what I understand Nectarsis wasn't even aware of his banning.

If you were finally able to shake this obsessive nutball by threatening legal action- then I don't see any reason why the forum should embrace him back in any form- whether it be a side forum for Nintega-focused venom or whatever. It would, however- be nice to empathize with a handful of us here who are currently dealing with the problem of him- and at least in his delusional mind all in the name of this forum. This all began with us defending a moderator here- though it could have been anyone. The extremes Nintega goes to to feel like he's "won" and decimate a person's character IS the reason why he gets as many subs as he does. A decent number of his younger subscribers (and this has been confirmed to us by several of them) were pressured into subscribing to his clips for fear that Nintega would wage his corny brand of internet Cowboys and Indians on them. We are not his peers- I will feel no such pressure to subscribe to his videos nor acknowledge him as a "friend"- not after the shit he's pulled with me and others. The other percentage of his subs have no idea what he's really about- and it is mostly to these people that he attempts character assassination on us.

Have I stooped to his level a few times in retaliation? It could be said so- but it is of my firm belief that a healthy spoon of one's own medicine should always be in the formula of a sound victory- and at the very least my return attacks contain proof to back up my statements- while everything he says is lies and half-baked assumptions. You certainly don't have to agree with my tactics- but it would be nice to acknowledge that you went through something similar concerning him- and at least perhaps in a pm - to keep his name off these threads - go a little more into detail on your contact with him- for if you finally got him off your back (and threatening legal action and allowing him back into the site doesn't qualify as ignoring him) then there is hope that we can get him off ours- without resorting to more extreme tactics- because I have to be honest- as fun as it may be to smash his house of cards- it gets tiring.

How about a room called "Battle Heat" after the FX game? There, people can freely vent/complain/flame/inform people of anything they wish without moderation.

It was a pretty kool movie, very dark and eerie and scary. I had the "picture books" for Black Hole and Star Wars. I read them all the time in lieu of watching them (VCR? What's that?).
