Raffle: Winds of Thunder

Alright guys n gals.  My Christmas present to the forums will be a PCE game called Winds of Thunder!  Snagged it off eBay earlier, with a description of having scratches but plays fine.  Its complete and appears to be in decent shape.  Once I have it in hand, I plan to take it up to my local PlaynTrade to have it professionally buffed.  If anyone wants in, just sign below.  I will let it run till I have the game.  Its coming from Japan, so I anticipate about two weeks or so.  Link here for the auction I bought it from. http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewitem?itemId=290830970471

You know, when a disc from Japan says it has "scratches," it probably has one tiny, barely visible mark on it. As opposed to a "very good" US disc that looks like it was run over by a truck.

totally true, but i've bought a small number of hueys that were listed as "very good" but unfortunately looked like they had been stored on the floor of a subway train...

A couple of months ago I ordered some Neo CD games from Japan, and the seller emailed me to tell me some of the discs were in poor shape, but I got them anyway since they were like $1-3 each. They were all in very good to excellent shape by my definition.

To be honest the only time I have owned Lords on anything was on Sega CD if I remember right (I beat that version quite a few times). Its one of those I always meant to pick up on Pce but never got around to it.

Alright, picked this up from my PO earlier, and opened it up.  By the way, this seller always packs VERY nicely, and has very good quality stuffs.  Which leads me to this... 

This game was listed as having scratches, ect..  but plays fine.  Well, not only does the disc look VERY good to me, but the jewel case and manual and inserts are all in MINT condition.  There are a couple, VERY light marks, and I do mean light...  I have bought games listed in very good condition, that did not look this good.  I see no need to have it buffed at all.  Its been playing in my Turbo Duo now for a little over an hour, and there isnt a thing wrong with it.  That leads me to this.  This seller is one of the ones I would stress for you to buy from, if you are looking to Japan for imports.  I have never gone wrong with them, and they are very anal about quality, which this auction proves. 

Now, on to the better half of this.  I will choose the lucky winner today sometime.  So the sign up is now closed.    Far as I can tell, you should have no problem playing this, as there is no difference between the two releases.  Well, a couple, such as a narrative before the title screen, and the lady in the store has a few things she says, but the text is all in English.  Good luck to everyone, and thanks for participating!!
