The Neo Geo was unable to deliver home a single non-Neo Geo arcade game. Meanwhile the NES has perfect versions of arcade games and was so great that its games were presented as-is in arcades. Billions of people can't be wrong.

I dont think anybody can argue that the cost of living has far outpaced the technical definition of inflation. The numbers dont tell the whole story.
