Easy Pin 29 grounding or am I missing something?

Was doing a pce duo region mod when I noticed this, not sure if it will work on other pce consoles though so feedback appreciated!

Yeah, that will work. I'm just not a fan of how high he originally lifted that pin up in the video he made. If you move that pin up and down like that a few times it will snap right off. So just move the pin over. Don't raise it so high in the air.

I've been bridging pin 29 with pin 30 for quite sometime now.  For some reason, only the duo and the duo-R have pin 30 grounded.
Turbo fan since 1991 after owning my first system.
