Since I just won the awesome raffle by senor haboobi and already have Neutopia I am raffling that manual now.  I will provide pictures of it once it arrives in my hands. 

Free shipping to all dudes and dudettes(HA!) in the US, if you're international and win we can figure out something too.

I am 90% sure I have an Neutopia Sparky label as well so I will include that if I can find it. 

I will borrow slightly from haboobi since I liked his rules:

  • Minimum Post count of 100
  • If I don't like your avatar, your signature, or your attitude here screw it you're out.
  • OPTIONAL: Show me a picture of your flooring (carpet preferred) with something interesting on it so that we may compare carpet/flooring diversity on PCEFX and you can get 2 more entries (for a total of three) to leverage your odds!
  • I will keep this open until the end of March and then draw the winnar

Oh, i got Neutopia in a raffle here (the only one I've won), but it was Turbochip only. Can I enter?

I'd like to enter, although I don't have any carpeting in my place.
Justin the Not-So-Cheery Black/Hack/CrackTiger helped Joshua Jackass, Andrew/Arkhan Dildovich and the DildoPhiles destroy 2 PC Engine groups: one by Aaron Lambert on Facebook, then the other by Aaron Nanto!!! Him and PCE Aarons don't have a good track record together! Both times he blamed the Aarons and their staff in a "Look-what-you-made-us-do?!" manner, never himself nor his deranged/destructive/doxxing toxic turbo troll gang which he covers up for under the "community" euphemism!

And I modified the option part for extra entries.  It can be any flooring, I didn't want to a flooring discriminant.

I really shouldn't, as I don't have the game...but it would make it so I can just acquire a loose copy & a set of sparky labels.  Count me in, if I may. :)

I love this. I just wanted to say that. I'm not entering or anything, (not that I can anyway) but I do have an extra Ys III Japanese version that I might put up for raffle with some rules just like this one. Maybe extra points if you happen to take a PCE related photo with a cat or dog...

Sorry for the crappy carpet, but its the only one I have at home. But hey, it's a house of cards made with Turbochips. Isn't that the most awesome thing you have seen?.... Please?

EDIT: I noticed it is a HUse of CARDS. Get it? Hu-Cards. Yes, they are Turbochips, but... oh well, I'm sorry for that.
