Well, this thread was a hell of a read. Sign me up for the raffle!

I grew up playing the Adventure Island games on the NES, one of my least proud gaming memories that persists is being an 8 year old and repeatedly making Higgins jump because when he kicks it made him look like he had a boner (ZOMG!1!!). I'm all grown up now, and have always wanted to play NAI. If my post needs more drama I can tell someone to fuck off or something.

Like Psycho Nintega, there's NO END IN SIGHT either! BAN OFTEN, BAN FREQUENTLY! Never let a cyber bully get "comfortable" enough to behave like this in your group and eventually form hatred bonds/attachments to your membership!!! Common courtesy would be correct if i sold you something. Being patient and waiting would be common courtesy for something im giving you. Shit i waited a month or 2 for a raffle i won before. Granted he did hook me up by sending extra items but i didn't ask for anything, just sent a simple: hey its been almost 2 months did you get a chance to send it yet? Anyways it's on the way to you, now be fucking patient!

Even for raffles there is common courtesy. You should be at least confirming you got the address info and state some kind of general time you plan to ship out, especially when you announce you would be doing so on Monday and then don't do it. Most people here that hold raffles reply to pms, and we ship out in a decent time frame, when we say we will or close to it, not weeks or months on end.  If you cant fucking be bothered to do it right, don't fucking bother at all cunt.

Going dark and never stating when you plan to ship is kind of dumb, which is what led Herc to posting here. Going dark makes it look like you don't plan to honor your raffle. I mean honestly, it has crossed some peoples minds. You have no problem logging in every day of the week until you announce a winner, then you fucking go silent on the forum. Yeah....

And I mean, these are YOUR words James:

Well, 4 days actually. I think the other issue is James went dark right after picking Herc. I think he wanted people, Herc, myself, probably a few others in particular, to think he is bailing on the raffle to cause more drama. It would have been proper for James to acknowledge the pm he got, and return the message to Herc with some kinda of estimated shipping time since he evidently did not do what he stated he would originally.

Not replying back when you know you did not ship when you said you would is simply rude, and given the situation, made to look fishy. Herc has to drive down a bit to get to his mail lock box. Would be nice to know if someone shipped or not to save him a trip to the mail box. I am fairly sure that is what James wanted though. I mean, he said he would ship last Monday. He didn't. He never replied back to Herc, and he did not log in until today. So yeah, minor drama ensues....



And to be honest, Herc is being a lot more polite about the thing then most people would given who the "raffle" holder is. He is not giving himself enough credit, and I don't think he owes James any kind of apology. Its simple. James said he would ship Monday. Evidently he didn't. He didnt reply back to Herc either. James did not even log in until today after announcing Herc won. All in all, James is a fucktard.
