No, NOT a trick, a Halloween treat! Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! No, but you might have better luck getting  the PC Engine version (Be Ball).

i have been looking for it too.  but i refuse to pay more than 50 for it CIC.  probably will have to find it in a lot or something.

Oh dude, it's crazy. There is no reason for it to be more than 50 bucks these days!

Thought about the beball thing, but just sold my PCE.

BeBall is one of my fav chips, I've had little desire to ever get the US version though.
