So I finally joined this forum.
I'm from Toronto area Canada
I recently picked up a PC engine duo, a briefcase unit with cd but no system, two cib boxed tg16 systems and a bunch of games for PC engine as well as a ever drive.
I have almost every type of retro video game system as well as a few hundred arcades.
I don't knew why it took me so long to get in to nec stuff but happy I did.  I sent the duo to get re capped.  Laser tuned and checked and rgb amp installed and getting it back next week.  All my systems are rgb modded and run thru a frameister.  I will attach some picks of the stuff I picked up as well as some of my game collection.   Everything I have is actually packed up and jammed in a corner as I am finishing my basement over the winter in to a massive 1400sq ft arcade.
Hopefully I can trade some stuff here and maybe find a PC engine to finish off my briefcase since I found one on a fb forum and was scammed and lost the items I sent him.

Dang a Blue Namco Exceleena! That's a very rare cab in the US. I almost bought one 4 years ago but picked up some New Astros instead. I wonder where that thing is now???

Welcome! I think you'll find PCEFX a great place, and way, way better than Facebook. Ignore the dingbats that say otherwise.

Do you get everything shipped to you online? I was in Toronto this summer, and every one of the retro stores were way overpriced, chock full of bad boots, too. Did I just miss the good ones?

Everything I bought locally so far.  It wasn't easy finding the systems.  But I did eventually.  The games someone close to me has bought and imported a lot of large eBay auctions and when I went to buy some games off him had around 600+ pce games for sale.  wasn't ultra cheap or anything but he had them in had which was nice.

Comrade, based on your photo, you have several immediately accessible PCE games. :)

I'm sure you know Galaga '88...but the Space Invaders HuCARD update was nice, too, IMHO. Folks don't talk about it much, possibly because other updates have eclipsed it in the past few decades (I played a nice SFC version years ago, for example)...

...but it is still worthy of love.

Welcome, you have some mighty fine stuff there.

Dark side? Looks like you already in deep with all that Nintendo stuffs, more like you found the light of your lord and obey-savior.

Love me some Power Golf, nothing wrong with a basic golf game. Neo-Nectaris (aka Military Madness 2) is tops. If you play a few levels of the US Turbochip of Military Madness by any means, you can get the basics and the moon runes will not hinder progress on the import Super CD release.
