Yeah, he must be a real badass, eating vegetables and foods that aren't 50% sugar.  Put your cock away, Este.  This isn't a contest.  /s

esteban

QuoteYou prefer eating to be painful. You probably shave with a giant Rambo knife and shovel your driveway with your dick. I'm super impressed we're all super impressed with what an OG bastard you really are.
Ha! These are mainstream common foods :)

Entire regions of the world are apparently "masochists"

Are fans of bittersweet chocolate masochists to you?

Do you not squeeze lemon (or lime) on your salad/lentil soup/beverage?

Or is the acidity too vicious and malevolent?

I won't even ask you your views on a good curry (and the grievous bodily harm that ensues).

Esteban, what is your opinion of Jagermeister?

Quote from: seieienbu on 06/22/2016, 08:00 PMI'd like to know a bit more about the development of the few US only games.  Also, whose bright idea was it to make the TG16s controller port larger than the PCE's?  How much autonomy did you have and how much were you the underling of NEC Japan?
Heh, I can answer that for you; the ex-Atari employees NEC highered to handle the localization and initial launch of the system. The jerks actually delayed the release of the TG16 by almost a year because of the case redesign.
Ugh, I've never heard that before!  I can only imagine how the system would have fared if it had beaten the Genesis out the door by a year, I'd very much like to hear more about this straight from the source!
Current want list:  Bomberman 93

TurboXray

There's an interview/article that surfaced recently, from the guy in change or part of the TG16 launch. I was surprised that ex-atari employees were running this, but it makes sense (they don't have home console PR experience).

Not a single one of you misogynistic shitbag edgelords thought to ask Johnny Turbo's daughter what her position is on black licorice.

Ewwww... I don't believe in the devil, but if there were such a thing, he'd for sure be black licorice.

HailingTheThings

I just asked him, he said "Sour Apple."

this sugar filled style licorice is my jam.

I dig black lic too
Not sure if we are still in licorice territory here, but if it is, Sweet Tarts Ropes are phenomenal.
There is only one flavor of licorice. Licorice flavor. The anus flavored "candy" enjoyed exclusively by old people, some Europeans, and weirdoes. All this Willy Wonka bullshit you guys keep bringing up is just...candy. Unlike licorice it actually tastes *better* than Brussels sprouts with bouillon cubes hiden inside.

Licorice is so gross. It's like the haggis of candy. Really, it's only technically candy by virtue of all the perfectly good sugar it wastes. Nothing else 1/10 as disgusting would ever claim to be a treat. When people pretend to like it just to seem tough it offends me, and I pretend a lot of things myself...but come on. That shit doesn't even resemble a good taste. It doesn't even resemble a bad taste. It doesn't resemble food. It's like some one just handed you a little compressed hunk of that black bioslime that drain flies live in, or the greese you see dripping from fairground rides. One of the worst flavors I've ever experienced and I don't see why it continues to be manufactured.

I mean, I hate spiced jelly beans, anything with cocoanut filings in it, and fake peach flavoring quite a bit, but I'd strap a feed bag filled with cocoanut caked spicy peach jelly beans to my head before I ate a single piece of licorice. I'd rather share treats with my dogs, no, my CATS. That's how gross licorice is. Worse than a cat treat.

I wish I could say more but that's probably enough to permanently derail this thread.
You are missing out, comrade. :(

I mean, I cannot imagine a world without, say, cumin.

I also LOVE burnt toast.

Anise = amazing, especially if it is not overloaded with too much sugar.

I drink my coffee black.

I like espresso.

I like tea, without anything added.

I love lemongrass.

The bitterest beers are the best beers.

THE BITTEREST BEERS ARE THE BEST BEERS.

I love cumin. I put it on my salad. Everything. Popcorn. I love cumin.

I love very hot (spicy) foods from all cuisines Indian, Thai, Chinese, Persian, Italian, etc. (not so hot that I develop a fever, though).

I love nori/seaweed

Horseradish/wasabi

Tabasco.

Black pepper.

I have to stop, but I could go on and on.

Oh, and I love licorice! Black, delightful, heavenly licorice.

Onions!!! Leeks!!! Chives!!!!

Licorice, too.
esteban, we have very similar taste . minus the burnt toast. I find after u get used to very flavorful things, other tastes become more boring.

You said in another post you dislike jagermeister ... but have you tried the less sweet italian style bitters (amaro)??  Fernet Branca???? my #1.

that being said i also go for some less flavorful stuff too, like german food.

I love Jager, Amaro and other herb liqueurs.

My favourite sodas are Chinotto's and bitter Italian (red or white) soda.  If you've ever tried the "Beverly" at the Coke store in Vegas or at Club Cool at Disney World - I like that too...

Which is better? Atari Jaguar or O'Douls non-alcoholic beer?

O'Douls, hands down. The Jaguar isn't better than anything.

Been there...

"Shot-ski! Shot-ski! Shot-ski!" Rang in my head for the entirety of that three day hangover. Haha.

I've never played a jaguar outside of kiosks bitd, but theres no way there is anything worse than o'douls.

O'Douls is non-alcoholic beer, have you tried it? I know the games suck on Jaguar, but at least there are games. O'Doul's is more comparable to a tiger handheld, barely enough game there to justify calling it game.

Otaking

Johnny Turbo's daughter contacted me telepathically and told me she hates liquorice.

Definitely O'Douls. Atleast it reminds me of what it is supposed to be.

Also which is better, the Z trigger on the N64 controller or the RF jack on the original PC Engine?

I lean towards the 3DO mouse personally, but the good ol' fashioned Jaguar VR headset is a close 2nd.

PC-Engine RF in theory but N64 Z trigger in practice.
