I just picked up the PC Engine version of this game to compliment my Sega CD copy of this charming game. I can't seem to find anywhere on the web that gives an explanation of the improvements the Arcade Card provides over the Super CD. Will anyone please shed some light on this for me?

Love and thanks, my brothers. :)

Did CrackTiger post about fewer individual loads...streamlining the overall cinema experience  (less pauses between sequences)...

The intro cut scene has about approximately 6-7 seconds of  extra blank screen on the super CD card.

I played it with and without (on the real system). I couldn't tell a difference. If I were to guess though, probably cinemas? Basically shorter load times between game segments, like Gulliver Boy.

Thanks guys!

^^I didn't see much difference either but wanted to make sure since NEC felt compelled to stamp the Arcade Card logo on the case as a selling point.

Esty, would those BT posts have been in the Comparison thread? I remember we did Popful Mail but couldn't remember if we discussed the ACD.
