No, NOT a trick, a Halloween treat! Presenting the Dead of the Brain 1 English patch by David Shadoff for the DEAD last official PC Engine CD game published by NEC before exiting the console biz in 1999! Which one are you looking for or for which game?  There are two different ones (maybe more): one that uses 64K o' RAM and one that uses 256K.  Either way I can't oblige, but a little more info. will be needed to make sure that you get the one you need.

P.S. - 16-bit is a stand up guy and a straight shooter to deal with.
